Dale Sobotka Dale Sobotka, M.D.(retired), was Founder and Medical Director of Pacific Stress Medicine, P.S. He conducted a private practice in general adult psychiatry for over 30 years in the Seattle-Everett, Washington area before retiring in 2020.
